Interior Design Department Holds an Awareness Session about Healthy Body Posture in the Workplace

The Interior Design Department, in collaboration with The Royal Commission Hospital, organized an informative session about Healthy Body Posture in the Workplace. Dr. Maryam Alshammery from RC hospital volunteered to explain the body posture and the proper sitting and standing shapes. She, also, presented the correct way in dealing with smart phones and electronic tools. The specialist examined the attendees where she identified the most important practices that they should have on a daily basis.

The College Deputy for Academic Affairs, faculty members, administration representatives, and many others attended the session. At the end, it was highlighted that such awareness initiatives should be continuous to enable everyone to have the benefits of living healthier lives.
