​The General Manager of the Colleges and Institutes Sector Receives the Assistant Secretary General for Quality Assurance & Accreditation

The Colleges and Institutes Sector of the Royal Commission of Jubail welcomed the National Commission for Academic Assessment and Accreditation's Assistant Secretary General for Quality Assurance & Accreditation, Dr. Saad bin Said AL Zahrani, on January 1 2017, in continuance of its strategies for the future and in pursuance of assuring academic quality and accreditation for the colleges and institutes within the sector. The meeting was held in order to examine the sector's preparations for attaining program and institutional accreditation from the National Commission for Academic Assessment and Accreditation. The Assistant Secretary General took a tour of Jubail University College, Jubail Industrial College, and Jubail Technical Institute. He met with administrators from the colleges and institute and also inspected the quality assurance and validation rooms. During his meeting with the General Manager of the sector, Dr. Ali bin Hasan Asiri, the Assistant Secretary General commended this visit and deemed it to be an important opportunity for ensuring the colleges and institutes' readiness for attaining accreditation. He also pointed out the fact that the Colleges and Institutes Sector endeavors to achieve distinction and uniqueness in its working to actualize the government's implementation of Vision 2030 in building a bright future for the youth promising to continue on its path of contributing to and developing the nation.
